The Esmery Caron Structures company is
one the main French companies in design, manufacture and erection of
textile structures, tents and tarpaulin covers.
Its operating sectors cover building and the leisure industry, as well
as shelters and other technical uses of textiles.
Fabric and materials used
PVC coated polyester fabric is the basic product most used by Esmery Caron Structures(grams per square meter from 350 gr / sq- m to 2,000 gr / sq-m.).
Material as different as woven glass fabric, polyethylene, PVC mesh and film, and EPDM are however also skillfully used.
Textile Structures
In France Eslery Caron is the pionner of complex architectural textile structures.
These structures, supported or stretched on arches or poles, are erected by assembling strips of cloth cut to shape for reproducing double curve complex surfaces.
Since 1973, when Textile Architecture started, the structures park built up by Esmery Caron Structures is the largest in France and amounts to about 250,000 sq-m under cover.
Overseas, the experience of Esmery Caron Structures is very extensive, since it covers various countries in Europe, North Africa, Francophone Africa and the Near East, for about 70,000 sq-m.
